How Rhythm prices its plans

None of these make a plan a bad deal on its own. They do mean the advertised rate is not what you'll pay, which is why the table above prices the whole bill instead.

The star rating is the Public Utility Commission of Texas's complaint score, not a review: it counts complaints filed against a provider relative to its size over a rolling six months, and providers are graded on a curve.
