How Rhythm prices its plans
None of Rhythm's current plans carry a pricing catch we detect: no bill-credit bullseyes, no minimum-usage fees, no base charges, no required hardware, and nothing priced around when you use the power. The advertised rate and the real cost track each other closely.
The star rating is the Public Utility Commission of Texas's complaint score, not a review: it counts complaints filed against a provider relative to its size over a rolling six months, and providers are graded on a curve. It says something about customer service and nothing about price. How the rating works.
Where Rhythm sells
- All AEP Texas Central plans (Corpus Christi and South Texas)
- All AEP Texas North plans (Abilene and West-Central Texas)
- All CenterPoint plans (Houston and the Gulf Coast)
- All Oncor plans (Dallas-Fort Worth and North/Central Texas)
- All TNMP plans (Gulf Coast, West Texas, and North-Central pockets)
Those pages rank Rhythm's plans against every competitor in the same delivery area, which is the comparison that decides whether any of the above is actually a good deal.
