How Base Power prices its plans

None of Base Power's current plans carry a pricing catch we detect: no bill-credit bullseyes, no minimum-usage fees, no required autopay or hardware. The advertised rate and the real cost track each other closely.

The star rating is the Public Utility Commission of Texas's complaint score, not a review: it counts complaints filed against a provider relative to its size over a rolling six months, and providers are graded on a curve. It says something about customer service and nothing about price. How the rating works.
